Source: BW Broadcast

Strengthening their position as the leading European audio processor manufacturer, BW Broadcast will be showing their latest audio processor releases at the upcoming IBC show in Amsterdam: the new DSPXmini-FM Special Edition and the updated versions of the DSPXtreme and the DSPmpX.

DSPXmini-FM 'Special Edition'

The new DSPXmini-FM Special Edition builds upon the very successful DSPXmini-FM and is sure to be another favourite with FM broadcasters around the world. Features such as a new crossover topology and enhanced audio clippers deliver a cleaner and louder sound. Together with the newly re-designed 4-band limiter, the sound is smoother than ever before. The DSPXmini-FM SE provides unmatched performance at its price point.

DSPXtreme 'New Version 1.10 Release'

The 'flagship' of the BW Broadcast audio processor range the DSPXtreme, has received a new software version (1.10). The most noticeable features of this already impressive audio processor are the major improvements in the multiband and main clippers, further increasing its loudness and lowering distortion. The DSPXtreme will now be available in two versions: the DSPXtreme FM+HD and the DSPXtreme FM. The FM offers a lower cost alternative to broadcasters who will not be making use of the HD and diversity delay features of the FM+HD version. Visitors to the BW Broadcast stand at IBC will be able to witness first-hand the performance of the DSPXtreme and compare it directly with renowned competing audio processors.

DSPmpX 'New Version 2.00 Release'

The new version 2.00 for the DSPmpX will be available with updated features. This high-specification FM stereo generator now incorporates upgraded final clippers taken from the 'flagship' DSPXtreme. The new version also adds input fallback, where in cases of main program failure, the DSPmpX can switch to an alternative audio source. Along with the new products, the full range of audio processors for FM will be on display, including DSPmpX, DSPXmini, DSPX, DSPXtra & DSPXtreme.
