(ICAG) Acquires ATI

Contract Assembly Group, LLC. (ICAG) today announced the acquisition
of well-known industry supplier, Audio Technologies Inc. New
funding and management provided by ICAG will allow ATI to
modernize and expand its product line to better serve its
target markets.
ICAG has named industry veteran Art Constantine to the position
of Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Constantine was
formerly Director of Sales for both ATI and DaySequerra.
"I'm thrilled to be able to concentrate all of my efforts
on ATI's growth," said Constantine. "We introduced
six new products at the NAB Convention and we have more to
come. Our continued close association with DaySequerra provides
unique engineering input for many of our innovative new products."
ICAG, a precision manufacturing facility, has long been a
supplier of PC board assemblies and manufactured components
for ATI. ICAG customers include Dell, General Dynamics, ITW
and Kaiser Systems. ICAG President Sheryl Murphy said, "We
are delighted to add ATI to our growing operations base. This
company has a solid reputation and enormous potential across
a number of markets. We have the means and determination to
make great things happen."
The company will continue to operate with sales based in New
Jersey and manufacturing based in Arizona.
