International Contract Assembly Group, LLC. (ICAG) today announced the acquisition of well-known industry supplier, Audio Technologies Inc. New funding and management provided by ICAG will allow ATI to modernize and expand its product line to better serve its target markets.

ICAG has named industry veteran Art Constantine to the position of Vice President, Sales & Marketing. Constantine was formerly Director of Sales for both ATI and DaySequerra.

"I'm thrilled to be able to concentrate all of my efforts on ATI's growth," said Constantine. "We introduced six new products at the NAB Convention and we have more to come. Our continued close association with DaySequerra provides unique engineering input for many of our innovative new products."

ICAG, a precision manufacturing facility, has long been a supplier of PC board assemblies and manufactured components for ATI. ICAG customers include Dell, General Dynamics, ITW and Kaiser Systems. ICAG President Sheryl Murphy said, "We are delighted to add ATI to our growing operations base. This company has a solid reputation and enormous potential across a number of markets. We have the means and determination to make great things happen."

The company will continue to operate with sales based in New Jersey and manufacturing based in Arizona.
