Audio Systems Group was established in 1990 by 8 audio engineers. The company designs, manufactures, and imports high quality audio system products for a variety of markets with special emphasis on the education and hospitality sector. ASG initially produced products for Mity Lite Inc., a table and chair manufacturer and soon expanded their product line to include stands, cords, speakers, amplifiers, microphones, lecterns, and cases over the years. Today, Audio Systems Group is best known for the award-winning Summit Lectern, introduced in 2000.

ASG offers only products that meet the standards of professionals in broadcast, recording, and pro audio.
