AZCAR Digital Products,
a division of AZCAR, announces its partnership today with
Shotoku Broadcast Systems, a leading manufacturer of manual
and robotically controlled camera support products. The agreement
establishes Shotoku as a significant manufacturer in ADP's
catalog of quality equipment suppliers. AZCAR will sell and
service these products to various market sectors in the North
American region. The announcement was made by Bill Frazier,
Vice President of ADP, from AZCAR's U.S. headquarters in Canonsburg,
Pa.
In the announcement, Frazier commented, "Shotoku's equipment
is ideal for our target audience that spans all applications,
including Broadcast, News Networks, Legislatures, and Houses
of Worship. The robotic range's interoperability with other
manufacturers' products is of enormous value to our customers
who need to upgrade, expand, or replace an existing system.
It allows facilities to maximize their investment and grow
into a full-blown Shotoku configuration at their own pace."
"ADP's deep roots in the broadcast industry coupled with
its technical abilities and the Company's excellent reputation
make them an ideal partner for us," stated Michael Wolfe,
managing director for Shotoku Ltd. "We were impressed
with their dedication to providing outstanding sales and service
support, which reflects our own philosophy. This agreement
paves the way for superior support for Shotoku's robotic and
manual products for our local North American customers on
a consistent basis."
