BROADCAST INTERNATIONAL TO EXHIBIT WITH IBM AT IBC

Broadcast International (OTC: BCST “BI”) today announced that it will be exhibiting in IBM’s booth at the IBC exposition in Amsterdam, September 7-11, 2007. IBC is “the leading international event for professionals involved in the creation, management and delivery of entertainment, sports and news content worldwide.”

The IBM/BI encoder features BI’s patented CodecSys compression technology on the IBM® BladeCenter® QS20 “Cell Blade.” The combination of technologies will significantly improve performance and reduce costs associated with video compression, while delivering high quality video at low bandwidths.
