DVC Digitalvideo Computing with partners at IBC 2008

At this year's IBC in Amsterdam from 12th - 16th of September DVC will present solutions for Digital Film & Post, Broadcast & Streaming, Presentation & 3D together with partners.

At Bright Systems (hall 7 booth J39) DVC will show the uncompressed Dual Channel ClipRecorder XTreme X2 as 2k & HD Ingest- and Playout-Station for BrightDrive.

All ClipRecorder models are based on Drastic's QuickClip software platforms and now support the BrightClip Intelligent Data Recording Technology. With this capability the ClipRecorder is the ideal Ingest- and Playout system for BrightDrive storage solutions.


With the MediaReactor File Transcoding Software from Drastic DVC offers a software solution for import and export of all well-known file formats to BrightDrive.

At MikroM booth hall 8 / E79 DVC presents the following product highlights:

- megacine 3D bundle features two compact stereo camera heads for 720p50/60 3D record and Boxxster as Back-Up storage & player. With this DVC offers a complete workflow for uncompressed 3D recording.

- For the first time DVC will present the prototype of the new ultra-small-sized megacine compact and ClipDisk 2000, the Dual-Format 2k player now also with DVI outputs and DVI-3D-Option. With the JPEG2000/MXF Import Tool uncompressed files can be imported to ClipDisk 2000 via network.

At Signum Bildtechnik hall 7 booth E31 DVC shows SigiStar with ClipRecorder integration.

SigiStar is a complete integrated solution for the creation of video productions as Live broadcasting, News, editorial articles or computer animations.
