Maximum Throughput Announces Release of Sledgehammer

Maximum Throughput Inc. (http://www.max-t.com),
developers of ultra high performance software-based solutions
for networked storage infrastructure and media management,
announced today the immediate availability of the Sledgehammer
v3.5 software release.
In addition to core optimizations and support
for a 10Gigabit Ethernet interface, the software updates to
MAXmedia, the graphical interface for Sledgehammer, include
new real-time support for MXF formatted and MPEG1/MPEG2 compressed
material, drag and drop capabilities for assembling and managing
media, broad improvements to the interface timeline to smooth
the process of using Sledgehammer as a dual stream capable
digital disk recorder (DDR) in telecine, and audio support
for offline playback.
