Panasonic announced a new Camcorder Studio System that supports a range of P2 HD and DVCPRO HD camcorders, including the new AG-HPX300, and serves as a flexible, low -cost solution for HD studio production.

Paula joins AmberFin from Infor, the enterprise software company. Prior to this Paula was Director of Business Software Sales EMEA at Harris Corporation specialising in airtime sales, scheduling, content management and automation. Paula's career began in broadcasting, working in airtime sales for ITV.
EVS Broadcast Financial Results
Pierre L'Hoest, CEO of EVS said: "The last few months have been challenging for the broadcast industry. Lower spending due to project delays, financing issues or lower advertising revenues have impacted a lot of manufacturers in our industry, including EVS.
 
-  2Q09 revenue of EUR 18.7 million, -45.8% vs. 2Q08 (-47.9% at constant exchange rate), but a sequential improvement compared to 4Q08 (+36.8%) and 1Q09 (+4.7%)
