| Glowpoint Secures New Major Sports Broadcast Network Client |

Glowpoint announced that a global sports broadcast network has selected Glowpoint's managed service for a new program scheduled to air on the network and its website.
The customer (unnamed) has signed an agreement with Glowpoint with an initial value of $250,000 per year that includes services to be paid on a monthly recurring basis.
As part of the agreement, Glowpoint will provide managed video services and network services to connect ten NFL team locations with the network's broadcast studio.

 The SE-2000 is an HD-SDI switcher that includes 3 HD-SDI, 1 DVI-D input, and 1 selectable HD-SDI or DVI input coupled with 2 HD-SDI, 1 HD component, and 1 DVI-D output. Supported HD resolutions include 1920 x 1080i and 1280 x 720p.
The HS-2000 HD mobile studio, which is a compact suitcase type mobile studio which includes a SE-2000 switcher, a 17" LED monitor which displays the multi-view from the SE-2000, dual color tally lights- and an integrated intercom system with 5 belt-packs.
