TV Bandeirantes continues to invest in Ross Video purchasing two Vision 2 Multi-Definition Production
Switchers. The Vision 2 switchers will be used to broadcast the 2008 Pekin Olympics in Beijing.

Having experience with previous Ross Synergy and Vision production switcher purchases, Vision 2 offers the feature set and reliability that TV Bandeirantes requires to broadcast the 2008 Pekin Olympics.

"We already have experience with Ross' Vision line, owning a Vision 3," said Rubens Fernando Ortiz, Director of Engineering. "Vision is not only affordable, but continues to offer TV Bandeirantes features to further us within the broadcast industry."

"Ross Video continues to build a valuable relationship with TV Bandeirantes," said Fernando Paulino, International Sales Manager, Latin America. "Their experience with Vision speaks for itself, offering key features that only advance TV Bandeirantes in the marketplace."

The Vision Series is Ross' next generation multi-definition production switcher, handling standard and high-definition formats. The Vision MD/X is a great choice for the most demanding newscasts, sports and special events with either HD or SD requirements or a mix of both.

TV Bandeirantes, the first Brazilian television to fully broadcast in color, later became a national broadcasting network in Brazil. TV Bandeirantes is based in São Paulo and part of Grupo Bandeirantes de Comunicação. They currently rank 4th in the Brazil TV network ratings.
