Source: ScheduALL

ScheduALL announces the newest addition in its suite of products dedicated to servicing the broadcast and media industry.

ScheduALL's Media Manager uniquely provides media, entertainment, and broadcast industries an effective way to organize and track media assets. ScheduALL's Media Manager incorporates metadata including workflow decisions, creation costs, source elements, and asset locations into a robust hyperdata repository system. This hyperdata system can be fully integrated with ScheduALL to seamlessly manage the tasks involved in content creation, shipping, and duplication. The module also includes the ability to track assets, manage sources, create pull lists, manage locations, monitor and update metadata, and create custom media labels.

"The industry is looking for leadership in how their operations can reduce losses and improve project efficiencies. Media Manager's ability to communicate and streamline workflow directly addresses this need," said Joel Ledlow, CEO of ScheduALL. "We see this as an evolution to ScheduALL's asset management functionality, in that ScheduALL's Media Manager provides advanced tracking and management of both physical and digital assets from ingest to playout, regardless of location."

ScheduALL's Media Manager equipped with ScheduALL's Media Connected Services seamlessly integrates with the ScheduALL production and operations management system as well as third-party digital asset and media asset management systems. This interoperability provides broadcasters and media partners complete and secure access to assets as they move through the production workflow.

ScheduALL's Media Manager will be available for purchase at the 2008 NAB Show. Existing customers who are already utilizing the Library modules will also be provided a migration path to take advantage of additional functionality available.
