SIDSA, an International
DVB technology provider, is extending its business to the
fast-growing DVB regions of East of Europe and Asia Pacific.
To target these two huge potential DVB-H mobile TV markets,
the company is opening two offices in Moscow and Hong Kong,
respectively.
In Russia, the opening of its new office has coincided with
the launch of the first commercial DVB-H mobile TV platform
in the country, provided and operated by SIDSA, distributing
15 TV channels through its POLAR PLUS Headend, the smallest
and the most interoperable in the world.
The company also wants to export its DVB technology to the
Asia Pacific, paving the way for the launch of DVB-T and mobile
TV services in the region, as well as the introduction of
its state-of-the-art demodulator Loren Chip.
