Located in Hayward CA, Wohler Technologies is a leading provider of audio and video monitoring equipment to the Broadcast industry.

Wohler is seeking an experienced direct Marketing Professional who is willing to roll up their sleeves and get dirty.

Wohler Technologies, Inc. is looking to build our Direct Communications Function and needs an experienced professional who is looking to take control, design, write copy, implement and manage all aspects of this function. We are a small Company with a strong internationally known brand that has sold product worldwide for over 20 years.

Major responsibilities include:
1. Design, implementation and maintenance of direct marketing communication programs with the general goal to raise the levels of customer acquisition, retention, cross selling, up-selling and introduction to new products (pre-sales).
2. Design campaigns using direct mail, email, websites, telemarketing, catalogs, and marketing collateral.
3. Copywriting
4. Database management of contact information and campaign response information to maximize deliverability and usefulness of messaging to contact segments.
5. Managing any necessary third party relationships to execute campaigns.

Qualifications (Including education, if applicable):
1. 5 years of previous experience in direct marketing and direct communications, including specific examples of success.
2. A desire to work in a small company environment where you are in control and you are doing the work.
3. The ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
4. Exceptional copy writing skills
5. A working knowledge of MS Office applications
6. Previous experience in working with SalesForce CRM is desirable
